After you passed NCLEXPN, it's time to find a job as LPN. LPN is NOT one of the easiest jobs in the world. The problem here is LPN most often is caught between different politics at work.

She must work under an RN and sometimes under a physician that is in command.  They're bound to be times when she has to listen and perform from two different set of instructions.

One of the most challenged aspects of being an LPN is the ability to perform a job as she is told. Although she may think she knows more than her supervisor, she must not carry them out, unless she is allowed to do so. Leave your ego at home when you come to work as LPN. If for few years you are doing the job in the most obedient manners, its time to change your career path and become an RN.

The most awesome thing to be an LPN is that after you graduated and started to work, you can take classes online and finish your two years associated degree to become RN. RN has more authorities and more pays of course.  RN will open more doors to other career opportunities that you never thought possible.
